ÖMÜR İSTANBUL INTRODUCES LUXURIOUS HOUSING TO ESENLER

Ömür İstanbul to be carried out in cooperation with Efitaş İnşaat, Esenler Municipality and Eskon İnşaat will be the first qualified luxurious housing project of Esenler. Ömür İstanbul, which will comprise 278 dwellings and 3 commercial units in 4 Blocks, will also raise the level in the urban transformation projects.

There will be terraced apartments after 7th floor in Ömür İstanbul which is licensed and designed as ground floor +15 floors. The terraces in the project can be turned into winter gardens by closing them with a glass wall if requested. The press launch of Ömür İstanbul will be on May 5, Friday in Ramada Plaza Tekstilkent with the participation of Tevfik Göksu, Mayor of Esenler, Mustafa Fevzi Kaçan, Chairman of Board of Directors of Efitaş İnşaat and İsmail Kaçan, Vice-Chairman of Board of Directors of Efitaş İnşaat and its sales launch will be on May 13 Saturday.

Title deed will be delivered immediately
It is planned that Ömür İstanbul project, where 2+1 sample apartment is ready in the sales office on the project area, will be delivered at the end of 24 months. The title deeds of apartment owners in the project will be delivered to them shortly after the preliminary sales contract is signed.
